An introduction to Pranayama and Breathwork, this series explores how conscious breathing and subtle awareness can enhance movement, meditation, and overall wellbeing. In today’s busy and stressful world, the quality of our breath is often compromised, contributing to increased stress, elevated cortisol levels, and disrupted sleep. Participants will learn foundational and therapeutic breathing techniques designed to support stress reduction, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate a deeper mind-body connection.
This 60 minute class includes gentle movement, breathwork, meditation and relaxation. Chairs will be available.

Posture, Balance and Mobility
Special 6 week course with Jane.
Thursdays 11:00 Includes basic yoga postures, balance training and stretching. Class begins and ends in a chair (not on the floor) and is appropriate for those with knee or hip replacements. A great class for beginners to yoga or continuing students to focus on alignment.
